Planned Maintenance – Physical Server Relocation in Germany (DE-FR) region Feb 2, 2026 06:00 - Feb 6, 2026 15:00 UTC

We are performing a planned maintenance to relocate one side of our physical server infrastructure to a different location in Frankfurt as part of ongoing infrastructure optimization and growth. During this maintenance window, redundancy will be temporarily reduced, and overall capacity may be lower. As a result, minor performance degradation is possible. No service interruptions are expected during this process.
We will closely monitor all services throughout the maintenance and provide updates if anything changes.

Identified - We have identified an issue affecting backups of SharePoint and OneDrive file versions. The root cause has been identified, and a fix is in progress.
Existing file versions remain safe and preserved, with no impact to previously backed-up data. Further updates will be shared as they become available.
